TTS-100 Projection Jig

When sharpening turning tools,

• the Tormek TTS-100 is used to set the USB’s distance from the grinding wheel (using either the A or B setting), and then
• the Tormek TTS-100 is used with the Tormek SVD-186 (or SVD-185) jig to set the tool’s projection.

The same idea is used for grinding standard angles (20°, 25°, or 30°) on chisels. In this method,

• the Tormek TTS-100 is used to set the USB’s distance from the grinding wheel (using the B setting), and then
• the Tormek TTS-100 is used with the Tormek SE-77 jig to set the tool’s projection.

This jig can be used with either the SVD-186 or the SE-77.

This is used with the TTS-100 jig, and the SE-77 jig or SVD-186 (or SVD-185), which are not included with this jig.

This jig is fully 3D-printed as this allows me to keep the cost down.
